No. I can offer a set-up installation for a minimal fee. Depending on which type of open source you want installed (and/or configured), typically it should not cost more than $50. It is best to ask which open source you are wanting to install and get an accurate quote by contacting.

Why do you charge more than developers that are overseas or students?
With overseas developers, you may get the job done for less but once they are done and you need to update your site later down the road, you will never hear from them again because they typically move onto multilple new projects. Small adjustments and changes are probably a waste of time to them and usually will neglect to respond back to your needs. If you needed some type of support and needed it right away, this is the biggest disadvantage. What if your shopping cart didn't function properly and you could'nt get a hold of your freelance guy overseas? Probably lost some good potential customers. I'm sure you've heard this a million times, but you get what you pay for.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes. Why not have everything all done from one place? Build a website, host and receive support from your webmaster? The hosting company that is being used, has been known to be very reliable and fast. By either paying monthly or anually, you can receive basic support for your website and have the hosting taken care of by ModSession.
I've had a hard time getting in touch with my previous webmasters, are there ways where I would be able to reach you easily?
